You can send your text messages to other meeting members by typing your message in the text box and pushing the send button.
Those messages are shown in the text-chat window as your comment.

When you type a URL address (http://~) in text box, it appears as a hyperlink in the text chat window. You can go to the web page by clicking the link.

The video data, white board slides and text chat data are automatically saved when the meeting finish. You can review them in "View past meeting".
