You can have manager meetings or meetings between headquarters and branch offices at anytime. They are as effective as real meetings, as applications such as the whiteboard feature and document sharing add realism.. Up to 10 people can participate in the meeting. You will save time and money.
Scene3 Meeting with staff on a business trip
You can have meetings with your staff while they are traveling on business using live video, pictures, or materials. The staff can take action quickly without wasting time.
Scene4 Meeting with SOHO staff
You can participate in a meeting from anywhere (either at the office or at home). You can also use the service from wireless hotspots at cafes or at airports.
