Questions about environment and features

. Can I use the service even if my PC is inside a firewall (reverse proxy or NAT)?

Yes. You can use the service even when your PC is inside a firewall.
However, if you are connecting via a proxy server you may experience slower connection speeds.
Such a delay can be avoided by opening port 1935 outward.

So a broadband environment is recommended. What is going to happen if the speed is slower than that?
Also, is it possible to use it by PHS mobile communication devices (AirH or P-in)?

We object the video frame rate or compression to the speed of the line.
You may not use a PHS environment because dealing with the data packets takes the transmission speed of 128kbps down to 64kbps.
