About a test account
You can sign up online for a test account and try it
for 4 weeks.
Is it possible to connect to more than 10 locations?
Although the current version of the service can connect 10 different locations at most, future versions will upgrade the service to connect to more than 10 different locations (Presentation mode). (The future version will be upgraded automatically.)
Do I receive 10 IDs and passwords per contract?
One ID is issued per a contract.
The number of users for each contract does not matter. It might be easier for you to think of it this way: you have the right to use an online-meeting room by having this account.
I do not want unauthorized people to access my ID and password. How can I prevent this?
You can have a meeting with them without telling them your ID by using the invitation feature.
Is it possible for a person without an ID to participate in the meeting?
Yes. The person can be invited through e-mail. The person’s e-mail address is required.
Can I have several meetings simultaneously with this account?
No. You cannot have several meetings simultaneously with this account. It’s one online meeting room per account.
I would like to have a meeting with people overseas. Can participants in Japan, for example, still use a US-issued ID to login?
Yes. Anybody in any country can attend the meeting with the same account.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. There is no minimum contract term.
Can I display files of shared application running on a local PC on the meeting whiteboard?
Yes, but anyone who wants to display this needs to sign up for VisMee messenger.
Can I copy the contents of the whiteboard to the clipboard or vice-versa?
No. There is only a File/picture upload on the whiteboard feature.
You can display files such as PowerPoint, PDF, BMP, PNG, JPEG, and GIF on the whiteboard.
What should I do if I forget my ID and password?
Contact us by phone or e-mail. We can send them once we confirm your identity.
How many people can participate in the meeting at the same time?
Up to 10 people can attend the meeting at the same time.
You cannot have a meeting with more than 10 participants.
